Company blows off customer appointments

Scheduled clean and check service 9 months ago (October 2018). Nicor confirmed appointment for June 11, 2019. Nicor's third party contractor called to say they can not do clean and check until sometime in July. What does an appointment do if the company can not fulfill their contractual obligation to their customer. I signed up to have clean and checks done by Nicor Home Solutions not by 3rd party sub-contractors who have not done complete and satisfactory work in the past.
