Company acts dumb to defraud and make interest income off deposits.

I ordered an "in stock" jackknife sofa. 3 1/2 weeks, still no shipping notice. Called and gave them deadline to let me know when it will ship. They couldn't answer, only that "no one wants to work at the warehouse". Asked them to cancel order. First time, said they could. Second and third call said they wouldn't cancel. Had to go to credit card company to dispute charge on account. User's recommendation: Stay away. Their info on items on line is inaccurate, and I believe they like to hold on to money and collect interest. Customer service is poor, with office blaming "warehouse" for SNAFU's but not being able to communicate directly with warehouse.
