We bought the house in June 2021 and A/C does not work. By talking to the salesman and construction manager, all guys are busing on sales and orientation on the new houses. The service guys promised to come but never show up. Very disappointed. Just stay away with this builder even in this hot house market. User's recommendation: Stay away with LGI. The salesperson just lures you to buy their shaddy product.
