This has got to be, hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Obviously there mistakes made often based on the reviews, but why is nobody doing anything to help better support customers? I don't understand the 2-3 hour wait time for a phone call. I cannot wrap my head around all of the countless times Ive attempted to contact someone for my event in 48 hours and not one person has even gotten back to either of us! Honestly ,is there anyone working in the customer service department? User's recommendation: Don’t use this company.
