Shame you don't give customers the opportunity to email you direct. Retailers don't necessarily have all the answers and your FAQ's don't cover queries relating to the website. Without explanation, there are two identical pictures of Moterra Neo carbon 3+ next to each other (one says "new"?) - but there is NO specification list shown for either of them. Where else should a potential customer look for the Definitive spec information, if not on Cannondale's own website? Moral: Companys which allow, even encourage, direct consumer contact, can sometimes learn something to their commercial advantage!!
