Update by user Feb 04, 2020 It was early in the day when my appointment was canceled. They could’ve rescheduled, but their customer service is so poor, they chose not too. My new appointment is a week away to repair my dryer. NoID caller does not give you the ability to call their servicemen back when you miss their phone call which is also ridiculous. I have never done a review before, but I think people should know about their bad customer service and policies that need to change. Original review posted by user Feb 04, 2020 Do not have a 30 minute call ahead phone call for your service call. If you dont pick up immediately their NoID caller (which they use,) will cancel your appointment and not reschedule for a week. I sat in my house and waited for six hours for a serviceman. I was on the phone when he called. He canceled my appointment I have to wait for a week to get my dryer repaired.
