They are the worst--EVER. We set up a payment plan and also set it up to autopay through our checking account every month. Get this: We moved and changed our address. We did not notify them that we moved, however our auto payments continued to be made. Because we MOVED, they decided to cancel our "payment plan", but continued to receive and cash our monthly payment checks. So... yes, this is true, they continued to receive the same payment of $123.37 every month and continued to cash our checks, but decided to send us to COLLECTION because we changed our address. Absurd! Having to fight this now, and they are complete jerks about it. User's recommendation: If AMR arrives to take you to the hospital, it would be better to die.
