Im not a happy customer I have arranged with yourselves twice for parcels to be collected and after staying in all day again Hermes never turned up for my parcels so frustrating.dont think I will be doing anymore on line shopping with yourselves .I dont seem to have any bother with other stores like river island for them to collect my returns .Lynn brannan
