I have asked Resurgent Capital Services several times, by registered mail, to send me proof that I owe this debt that they are trying to collect from me. All I was sent was info that the acct was opened in my name. I reported this and the same mail was sent to the Fair Acts in Collecting, and the case was closed. I want a copy of the original signed contract, which they say they don't have. This has been put on my credit report and has never been listed a being disputed, which it is supposed to be.
