My sister in law was invited by me for vacation, which I booked and am making payments on. She went to the consulate, bringing with her all documents and evidence requested by the consulate. She tried to show the officer my invitation and itinerary that proved the reason for her visit to us. Officer refused to look at ANY of her documents and denied her without reason as soon as she arrived. Took her hard earned money for the application after she drove 24 hours to get there. NO GOOD reason to deny my sister entry to visit her family! Stay away from the consulate in Keiv! Cold, vindictive staff do not represent the values of America and should be removed
