So I went to steak and shake on Saturday, and ordered 2 of the meals under 4$ and 2 shakes, both shakes were runny, and the fold was cold, I called and they said to just bring in my recipe, when I came through drive thru the manager claimed I also needed to bring back the food even though they didnt say that on the phone and thats a health hazard. Id appreciate you guys getting back to me cause if I dont get this resolved I will definitely not be going back to steak and shake. It was the steak and shake in branson, mo.
