Update by user Jul 21, 2021 keurig has marked this as "RESOLVED"still have yet to be contacted by them in any way.dont know how they figure this has been resolved. Original review updated by user Jul 21, 2021 there are three temp. settings. all three settings end up being 165 deg. coffee should be about 195 deg. why are all three so cold? and all the same temp. shouldnt there be three different temps if there are three different settings? 3 emails to keurig, no response. User's recommendation: dont waste your money on this machine.
