Hello, My name is Angela Hutmacher, I've been with Verizon for 6 years. On 14 April 2021, I accepted an offer (that was a 'Thank You' for my Loyalty to Verizon), of unlimited talk & text with 15g of data for $35 monthly or $38.44 w/tax. Since then, my phone has not worked properly. When I attempted to contact Verizon I learned.... My Verizon account, phone and Myself DID NOT EXIST.....evidently I had been canceled. What I need is the Verizon code that will allow me to activate my phone on another carrier's network. Phone calls have proven worthless.....thus the reason for this email. I would appreciate your attention to this issue ASAP. Angela Hutmacher User's recommendation: keep any and all paperwork. Print off ALL communications. keep an eye on your bank account...if there are questionable charges contact Verizon, and demand a correction and proof of correction.
