I ordered a coach bag from coach factory store. The item was not received. I used a service called Klarna to break up payments into 4 equal installments. After 3 attempts with coach customer service to remedy this problem, I was told I am still responsible for 3 future payments with Klarna. This doesn't seem legal or a reasonable resolution This customer care agent is telling me I am responsible for an item that was not received.
