My driver cracked toward the back of the club, so I took it to them and all they could say was this is not an issue that Ping has been having and you must have do something to the club. The manager said it fell off the cart. I said if it fell off the golf cart should it have scratches on it (deer in the head lights look), then he said well it was from my three wood hitting it when riding in the golf cart. So I got my 3 wood out of my car and said are there any scratches on it no answer, he said he would send it to ping today and gave me a tracking number. So I called ping and the number I gave them is for a golf bag.
