For refund, I have to ship to China with tracking (cost $44~). Was offered $19 voucher, was offered $16 "and keep clothing to give as gifts" which was later withdrawn. So I am keeping their cheap clothing, they are keeping my money. And spreading where ever I can what a rip-off this company is. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
