Closed captioning on Newsmax tv

Hello, Im deaf and I like to watch Newsmax on tv. It provides closed captioning but today as of February 28, Sunday, the closed captioning isnt on. I checked on Newsmax app on iPad and the captioning isnt showing either. I wonder why is that? Can you fix it immediately on your end please? Thank you Becky Hostettler
