Cleanup complaint

The workers arrived at 10 am and didn't leave until 6:30 pm. They did more timely work in the last 3 hours than they did for the first 5 1/2 hours. They left sharp objects on the ground around every window and I have 4 dogs. I had to go around and pick up the product waste. I found caulk on my curtains and comforter. I blame COVID for the delay; however, as for the other issues, I don't know who to blame. User's recommendation: Caution.
