With this malware there was very little I was able open on my computer, and when I removed it then your bill showed up on my credit card statement. The last four digits of my credit card are 1975. It was $27.00 on 2-27-17. This product is unsatisfactory and there was very little I could do on my computer. I hope that this matter is resolved very soon. Thank You
