Classic “bait and switch” scam
2
I ordered a "black stallion" bike kit on April, 26, 2019. The engine kit and bicycle are shipped separately. The engine kit arrived on May 6 and the bike arrived on May 10. The bike I ordered was a Kent Bayside which retails for $118 at Walmart. The bike I received was a Roadmaster which retails for $78 at Walmart. The bike was drop shipped from Walmart so the pricing is relevant. Below is copied from gasbike.net black stallion order page. "This bike motor kit includes: 1. 26" Men's Kent Bayside Cruiser Bike Shimano 7-speed" Unfortunately I did not check BBB before ordering, Gasbike has the lowest rating of "F" which is really bad. The internet is full of complaints by customers who received the wrong parts or was missing part of their order and gasbike refuses to answer their phone call or email. Like many scam outfits gasbike operates under many names such as Nationwide Access, King Motor Bikes and Raw Motors all of which have the (877) 354-**** phone number.
