I was on line for Senior Meals, which gives prices & states that it includes a sweet treat for guests 60 & up. I drove thru Friendly's in Marlborough, MA (APEX ) ,ordered a senior Tuna Roll ( 6.99 ) on web & "included" sundae, also ordered a senior Fishamajig Supermelt ( 8.29 ) & "included" sundae. Total should have been $15.28 plus tax. Clerk said it was $24.78. I questioned the amount & was told price of Tuna was 7.49 & Fishamajig was 9.99, plus the 2 sundaes. When ordering thru drive thru, the sundaes are NOT included.The sundaes only are included for dine in & ordering on line. If all these changes have been made, your customers should be told & the web site should be adjusted accordingly. I love Friendly's & hopefully once these issues are resolved, I will return.
