On 5/15/21 a vehicle backed into the side of my vehicle in the parking lot of a Red Roof hotel in Tempe. I exchanged info with the at fault driver whom is insured by Bristolwest by the name of William shaban driving a 2003 ford mustang GT vin # 1FAFP42X13F314402 . I received one return phone call from adjuster Robert Long with the response of ""the other driver states that he bought another car". I don't know what that means. It's been 3 weeks with no return calls or messages. Pp User's recommendation: Bristol west is an an outstanding insurer. I highly recommend.
