Dear Sir or Madam, I am a lawyer is member of Istanbul Association. I made a plan to visit my friends. Istanbul airport 25 July, My flight to America via France has been blocked by your company. The flight ticket I bought in April has been canceled by you. However, interviews were held with the call center on 23, 24 and 25 July. The call center has declared that it will not be a problem. No warning was given. Your company has many faults. I did not have a flight from the airport. That's why I suffered. I stayed at the airport until morning. I had to buy a plane ticket from Turkish Airlines that morning. Notification that i demand paid for the round trip ticket I bought with Air France and the ticket I bought a ticket from THY at the last minute, otherwise I will file a lawsuit against you. You damage financially anyway. Also i had changed my plan and it effect me. I had to change my plan and you put my health at risk. I had to wait 24 hours. I am a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the service you provide is faulty. I have been victimized by your erroneous transactions and I demand immediate compensation for my loss.
