Claim the are in US

I ordered a couple of seeds from Jacks seeds. I then noticed I was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card and when I try to track my shipment I realized it was coming from China. The tracking is all in Chinese and I cannot read any of it. I have yet to see if I actually get anything I ordered. User's recommendation: Just don't.
