I called Select Home Warranty to get my stove fixed or repaired. I purchased a three year policy from a slick talking sales person. I called and filed my claim in May of this year. I have called every week or every other week since I filed my claim and paid the deductible I have talked to at least 5 different people to get my reimbursement for purchasing a new stove. They keep telling me the check was in the mail. On [protected], I was told by a person in the escalation team he would overnight my payment. Nothing today and they won't connect me to the person I talked to on the 30th. I want my reimbursement check. I live in NC, retired on a fixed income.
