I was notified by Fedex by text that my package was delivered on 8/2. The package had to be signed for. I did not sign for the package nor did I receive it. I called Fedex to investigate what happened prior to calling Neiman Marcus and the opened a Case. They investigated what happen, I had two people come out from Fedex and talk with me to see what happen. After hearing nothing from them in 2 days I put a claim in with Neiman Marcus told them everything I knew. Called Neiman Marcus on 8/7 to see about my claim and Assist Dept said is was denied. I was shocked and called Fedex. Under my case # the man stated that the package was lost. Neiman Marcus did not even call Fedex to see what the case# had. Had they, they would have not denied my claim. I have been a customer for many years, and this is the service I receive when something is lost. Never again will I purchase anything for NM.
