Rental Agreement Number: [protected] Claim Number: [protected] Car Rental Check-in Point: San Jose Airport, CA Dear Sir /Madam: I have just received a claim by your company on the alleged damages caused by me to your vehicle. I totally reject your claim that I damaged the vehicle. I returned the vehicle at 12:17p on July 6, 2021, without any damage which was inspected by your personnel. No issue was raised during the inspection and the vehicle was working fine when I left it with your personnel. If your rental company believes I caused any damage to the vehicle, please send me the following: • time-stamped photos that were taken immediately before I drove the car off the lot • time-stamped photos that were taken immediately after I returned the car • Record of all rentals for that car between the time I returned it and the date of the damage claim letter Until the above can be provided I find this claim null.
