Citizens Bank continuously claims we did not pay and they assessing us a late fee, when we already sent payment and they have not processed it. We know this because our bank indicates our payment was sent timely and received by citizen bank. Then, citizen bank took our boat without notice, broke into it by breaking the teak door, destroyed the water tank, hot water heater and generator without any reimbursement. Even though we sent payments. We had to find the boat with no help from them, pay to get the boat released, and the destruction is still not fixed on the boat because we cant afford to fix it - that is citizen bank has not reimbursed us for their mistake.
