A hacker was able to *** into my account, set up wire transfer, add their name and 2 others as payees and wired money from my savings account. Two transactions cleared, the other attempts were canceled. Citibank is federally insured and did not replace my $3100. I've had additional fraud on my new debit card with purchases made in China. Customer services can't speak clearly, I can't understand them, and they hang up on me every time. Very frustrating User's recommendation: Move your money from this bank.
