I was given the run around for 3 weeks trying to get a payoff letter. No matter what number I called I was routed to a call center and passed on repeatedly until finally getting to the correct department. When I made the payoff I was told it would take 15 days because they lost the title and had to ask for a duplicate title. I had a buyer who was waiting on the vehicle. So I lost a buyer due to their incompetence. User's recommendation: Do not lease or purchase from Chrysler it is a royal pain in the ***.
