“Christian” mingle? Not very Christian
Exactly 2 days into having created a profile and coughing up my hard earned dough, I asked for my money back. Many emails back and forth, they site they do not give refunds, so I've sent the matter over to my credit card company for resolution. Even in an internet business, it's a good business practice when you have a customer who isn't happy within less than 48 hours of using your service, to refund their money. I'm no expert, but in the last month that I've since giving online dating a try, on the other sites, I'm getting TONS of traction as far as profile views, messages, chats, etc, and since I lodged my complaint at CM--nothing! I can almost bet they're screwing with my profile! All I wanted was a safe place to meet like minded Christians, and instead there are predators with fake profiles, they pose as "widowers", they say they're Christian and their main profile photo is of their crotch section or they're posed with an alcoholic beverage. Oh, and there are ads for "meeting lovely Asian women" that pop up--I couldn't believe it! The customer "no service" reps do not take the time to call you to address your complaints, they are passive aggressive and only tell you in email that you should have read the terms and even though you have a legitimate complaint against them, NO REFUND! Scammers usually don't give you a refund, do they? If you're reading this, my advice to you is to stay away from this bogus fake so called Christian site--nothing CHRIST LIKE found here.
