Horrible app. Difficult to contact anyone from app when order goes wrong. I placed an order from a restaurant and after receiving an email with an estimated time of delivery, the restaurant calls me and says ChowNow app canceled order. They asked if I had in fact wanted to cancel order. I said no. The restaurant said they could take order directly but that they could not contact ChowNow. I placed order with them, then emailed ChowNow to explain what had happened and asked that the charge from ChowNow be removed, since I had now paid restaurant directly. Never received a reply to my email from their customer service. Had to Google to get their phone number, since it does not appear on emails or on web page where I ordered food. No option to Live Chat with customer service. Had to call, wait on hold for over 5 minutes, and they refused to believe me. They had to call restaurant. A 20 minute phone call with ChowNow and the charge is still on my credit card!! They called restaurant and woman working wasn't there last night, etc, and so now this is my problem to deal with! Instead of refunding me the money, ChowUseless made it my problem to solve directly with restaurant!!
