Bought 38 pcs of USB Charger Module DC Buck step down Converter 12v 5v power supply module. I needed only 20, but the advertisement stated that for US$38.-or more the shipment would be free via SF. So we chose 38 pieces at $1.06/pcs. After the order was placed, either AliExpress or more likely the supplier (Great IT electronic components co., LTD) changed the shipment to Fedex IP and made us charged for it. We questioned the supplier who kept telling us that we had chosen that method and that we used "the wrong site". The supplier had a go at repeating that we did not know what we were doing and was quite arrogant. The issue is that there are almost no recourse with AliExpress. This sort of behavior can not be reported efficiently and suppliers always get away with ripping off buyers. Supplier ratings seem also fake. We suggest not to trust these ratings at all.
