Today I ordered 2 slices of chocolate fudge cake from your outlet in Ballygunge, opposite tivoli court, kolkata, West Bengal. India. I found 2 big pieces of hard pointed plastic pieces in it. The pieces were extremely sharp and pointed. Very scary and bad service. If I had eaten it, it would have definitely caused more harm and damage. Upon calling the outlet, they only said that they don't know how it happened. Your company should be responsible for the product being sold to their customers. We will need some response from the company on this.
