Chipotle meal totally unsatisfactory: No Chicken, No plastic ware, No napkins, No Chips

A business trip brought us to Tampa, FL last week. Ordering our evening meal online for delivery to our hotel room best suited our needs, and we used Doordash for the first time. Their accessibility and response to our concern over the unexplained delay, their willingness to reconfirm our order for a second delivery time, and their delivery notifications, were professional and appreciated. Our experience with Chipotle Restaurant, however, was regrettable, even disastrous. The restaurant's rush hour justified a slight delay, but it grew unreasonably long. (The restaurant was directly across the street from the hotel, both on Citrus Park Lane.) And when we finally opened the bag, we found that the chicken had been omitted from the Burrito Bowl (yes, NO CHICKEN in a Chicken Burrito Bowl!), and there were no chips to eat with the queso we had ordered. In addition, there were no napkins, or forks, knives, or spoons provided. At a cost of $25.23. Our disappointment could not have been greater! This negative response will linger well beyond our experience that evening. We will certainly be sharing it with friends and family when the subject arises.
