I beg you guys not to ever use this service. They gave me the run-around for almost four weeks. Because I changed my mind and decided not to order a box. Before this everything was fine and their representatives were nice, but then all of a sudden all of them turned into monsters and became very rude and impolite. And one week later they stopped answering me whatsoever. It's so childish. Looks like I hurt their gentle feelings. I am sorry, but I am just a customer who can change her opinion. Please, stop acting like circus ponies and refund me. Thanks. Stacy
