Chicago Auto Place sold me a broken car and now they don’t respond to my calls…

1

On August 8 2017, I purchased a Range Rover Sport Supercharged 2008. On August 12 the suspension light went on. I took the car to the Land Rover and they gave me a quote for $10,780 in repairs. The suspension compressor, the catalytic converter and the front sway bar were broken (among needing all the fluids to be change, the windshield wiper motor to be broken and a tail light to also be off). I called Chicago Auto Place and they told me they would fix it. 3 weeks later, they gave me the car back saying it was fix. 4 days later, the light went on again. This time, when I called, no-one responded to my phone calls nor my emails. I took it to the Land Rover again, and the confirmed my fears, the car was exactly the same, the only thing they fixed was the motor for the windshield wiper and the tail gate, and the changed the two front lower control bars, to reduce the sensitivity on the suspension sensor. I have been trying to contact with the owners, the manager, and everyone I knew there. No one, but the sales person Anwar, responded. But not even him, has been able to make them call me back to at least have an explanation on why did they lied to me...Now I am stuck with a broken car, and a quote to fix it for $10,780... This people have beautiful inventory, but make sure you take your future car to an independent mechanic BEFORE you sing anything.
