My vehicle was in an accident in April of 2018. I contacted progressive about the incident that occurred. Progressive directed me to take my car to their own collision center. (Progressive Collision services on Central Drive here in Virginia Beach Virginia) The auto body and replacement parts for the body was satisfactory. But the mechanical part was not completed. I recovered the car and noticed that there was something wrong. Fling a vibration and a noise made me take my car to a tire shop. Because it felt as if the tires were not rotating as normal. the tire shop informed me that the issue was not in the tire. They suggested that I see an Auto mechanic. Christian Brothers were the only mechanics that would take a look at the car on short notice. Christian Brothers told me the problem is in the axle of my car, the Chevy Cruz 2014. Christian Brothers told me the car should not be driven and it it is not safe to drive the Cruz right now. Additional papers will be given on a need to know basis.
