What is going on with my claim? Social security number is [protected]. I have not heard from the Georgia Department of labor. The Georgia Department of Labor has failed my family. I continue to be locked out of the UI portal with no help from the GDOL. This serves as a paper trail to my correspondence to receive benefits. I have reached out to the US Department of labor. I have also contacted several United States Senators including the White House concerning my initial claim in March 2021. I am not sure what is taking so long nor the reasoning behind it.
