This stuff seriously needs to be lowered in sodium. I understand it's for a tablespoon or less, but I'd like to use this in dips or for other vegetables. It melts so nicely compared to other products, but it's just way too salty to use in large amounts. It would be great if that was reduced and saturated fats then canned in a jar!
