This complaint was the first time I reached out using Pissed Consumer. However, I forgot to verify my email address with Pissed Consumer and when I didn't receive a response from Shaw's I contacted them directly via telephone. The customer service representative contacted the store directly. Later that day, a store manager contacted me via telephone. Apologized and said a gift card would be sent. User's recommendation: Contacting directly worked for me. Not to say contact using Pissed won't work. My error that my complaint using Pissed didn't.
