Hi, To improve your services and avoid the bad experience I had with you to happen to others. I was checked in and reached the gate 35 mins before the flight where didn't accepted me to fly so I had to buy another ticket and I lost my flight ticket without any refund. I mean, I was checked in 3 hours before the flight (without any luggage) and I was in the business lounge, they have could call me or notified or call for the flight. My expectations was limitless in your services but I am disappointed and devastated that I lost a very important flight that date in 20 August. The staff in the gate is not professional and the flight was still in ground. No special treatment for business class passengers Calling flydubai contact number no one answered !!!
