About RingCentral today, Ms. Naldy B. Lagrimas called saying "No Refund" without a "security code", demanding my code otherwise not even a partial refund! Fortunately, I was able to lookup the code. Retrospective RingCentral is at least partially at fault for my expenses totaling $ 5,300 and today I'm told. I have to wait about a week for them to process the refund amounting to $69.44. It has taken a full day, many calls, many emails, for them to say essentially the check is in the mail, just wait and trust us.
