Update by user May 13, 2021 wrong company. my beef is with Frontier Airlines Original review updated by user May 11, 2021 Check in with personal item with dimensions 16x8x14 which is smaller than dimensions for carry on but had wheels. I was told at check in i was ok but when I was boarding because of the wheels I was charged $60. The attendant was aggressive and wouldn't allow me to do it on my phone. the customer service was apathetic. HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $41 ON THE FLIGHT BACK TO PREVENT THE SAME THING FROM HAPPENING AGAIN User's recommendation: Do not Fly Frontier.
