I am an Omani National accompanied by my wife who has Pakistani nationality having residency visa in Oman as house wife for the last 30 years. As per Dubai immigration law, Omani national wife including house servants gets entry visa on arrival. Hence there is no need to obtain prior tourist visa. We travellled from Dubai to Batumi for a week, while returning to Dubai, flight booking No. Y7M158 Fly Dubai staff did not allow her to travel back to Dubai unless she obtain prior electronic tourist visa. As a result after spending 3 hours in Batumi Airport we were not accepted and missed our flight. My 4 kids travelled alone and me and my wife returned to hotel in Batumi, obtained online tourist visa and rebooked our flight for 30/7/2021. I strongly demand compensation of this miss informative act which is not in accordance with the Dubai immigration law in order not to happen to any othe fly Dubai passenger in future.
