Check i never received

My account got closed and I was told that the balance in my account was gone to be mailed to me and its been 3weeks and i still haven't received my check i wanna know where my money at, i cant get a hold of customer service cause my account is closed so ima wait till Friday and im getting a lawyer cause yall keeping my money and lieing to me
