I state that Utkarsh Placement Private Limited company employee Mr. Pradip Prajapati called to me that i am speaking from utkarsh placement and there is a vacancy in the jaipur in GUJRAT BOROSIL LIMITED Company for the position of Head Commercial. I said that i am interested for this post. Mr. Pradip mailed to me that your interview is fixed for 30th april In Jaipur. I told to mr. pradip that in this summer season either i can go with air flight or i can go by Air conditioner Taxi then Mr. Pradip write a mail to my client that you can go with Taxi and Taxi fare will be reimbursed by company. Relying upon his mail i goes to jaipur for interview and submit his taxi bill to the company. BOROSIL company HR Manager Mr. Madan told to me that we will transfer the money in your account. I write a mail to Mr. Madan and Mt. Pradip but now both of them are not replying properly. i called many times to Mr. Pradip but he is not answering the calls. in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by Mr. Pradip, Utkarsh Placement Private Limited have failed and neglected to pay the amount of Taxi fare which is due and payable.
