We booked flat in Mohali (Punjab), Project was stalled for so many years & could not deliver it on date as per agreement, token money & first installment was paid when demanded & due. Suddenly work was stopped due to non clearance of electric pole due to which he never asked for payment we us to call Mr. Pankaj Sood regularly so he use to offer alternative property which we never agreed for. Now when we visited the property the flat which we were promised is not been given to us & sold to some other person & making us fool with the Building no. & all which is under construction now & took our money 4 years ago. This depicts Mr Sood's fraud & cheating intentions. Just frustrated & regretting doing agreement with him.
