One year ago I signed up to rocket lawyer for their free trial. I used it to download a document and after that I cancelled my subscription. Several days ago I received an email notification that i'll be charge a membership fee and the same day they took $40! I thought my account was cancelled and I actually was 100% sure about that! I contacted customer service and asked for help but i'm still waiting for reply and they don't seem to care.
