Cheated me on refund / cancellation

I am currently in the process of moving out of my apartment in Montgomery, TX and therefore reserved a hotel suite at Home 2 Suites located at 705 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, Houston, TX 77060 for the dates of June 01, 2021 to June 08, 2021. Due to some delays with my move, I called Home 2 Suites on Tuesday, June 1st and spoke with the front desk to let them know that I could not check in until Thursday, June 03, 2021 in which the girl at the front desk said that that would be okay and that my room would stay reserved and to reach out to Priceline so that they could make the changes accordingly. I then immediately called Priceline and spoke with customer service who said that he would have to call the hotel himself to confirm further availability and to see about me receiving credit for the two days or a refund for the days. He put me on hold as he called the hotel. He came back online about 2mins later and told me that he had called the hotel multiple times and cannot reach anyone and that he therefore could not do anything further until he could reach the hotel and that he would call me back. I never received a call back from Priceline. I then called Priceline again yesterday afternoon and spoke with a shift manager explaining to her what had happened and she then put me on hold and called the hotel. She then came back online with me and stated that I had been misinformed by the hotel on Tuesday when I had first spoke with them and that I was now considered a "no show" and that I cannot get a refund back nor receive credits nor can I check-in at a later date! Yet, the policy states that if a cancellation or no show occurs that at worst, I, (my mother's card), would only be charged for one day of the daily price quoted. However, this has not happened, and no one with Priceline is working on a solution with me to resolve this. I asked to speak to her manager and was promised a call back last night within 30mins from her general manager and I have not received a call back. I have been calling them again this morning and still have not received any phone calls back. They charged my mother's card before the 24hr period deadline which is stated in their policy. In addition, they are charging us the whole week's amount rather than just for one night if as stated in their policy for when a cancellation or no show has occurred - but I neither cancelled my reservation nor was I a no show because I have been communicating with both the hotel and Priceline to the best of my ability, but I was not getting any responses or resolutions to solve the problem. I later tried to access my Priceline account, but got a response that says my account does not exist. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced with a hotel and/or hotel reservation company. They finally sent an email stating they would refund part of the money, but as yet, no money has been received back into my mother's bank account. And they should return ALL of the money ($507.78), not just the one night, since I tried everything I could to contact them to change my reservation well within the time limits.
